Snap Rivets - Auto Buttons

Our Clear Polypropylene Snap Rivet (Auto-Button) come in a number of sizes to suit your capacity requirement. The strong clip ensures reliable performance within your application. Our plastic Snap Rivets are mostly used as components for building FSDU and Dump Bins where dual layered cardboard, Foamex or corrugated plastic need to be held in place.

Ceiling Buttons and Clips

Our range of plastic injection moulded Ceiling Buttons comes in a circle or oval and with a number or adhesive options to suit your requirement. We offer these in white or clear as standard stock items.

White Circular and White Oval both come with a permanent foam adhesive whereas the Clear Circular Ceiling buttons give an option or Pure Acrylic Adhesive or Polyester Adhesive. All have a high initial tack and are perfect for hanging your Posters, Banners or Signs.

For a Non- Adhesive option we offer the Ceiling Clip where you slide the clips onto the suspended ceiling grid to hang point of sale promotional material from. These are ideal when you want to move your signs around instead of a permanent position.

Double Sided Polyester Tape - 6002
This is our strongest Double Sided Polyester Tape. Our 6002 has a very thick special solvent acrylic adhesive system which gives it a very high initial tack and will bond paper, card, board, metal, ceramic, plastics, glass and wood. Available as 50 metre rolls in 6 different widths.

Ultra Clear Polyester Tape - 6001
This is our best-selling Double Sided Polyester Tape. Our 6001 has a high tack special solvent acrylic adhesive system which will bond most substrates including paper, card, board, metal, ceramic, plastics, glass and wood. Our 6001 is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications making it perfect for the sign and display industries. Available in 4 widths in 50 metre length rolls.

High/Low Tack Polyester Tape - 6440
Our 6440 is a unique Double Sided Polyester Tape, it is optically clear in colour and is coated with a high tack permanent adhesive on the open side and a peel-able adhesive on the closed side. This makes our Perm/Peel Double Sided Polyester Tape perfect for all temporary POS displays such as posters in store and window displays. Available as 50 metre rolls in 5 different widths.

TESA - 4965
This premium grade Double Sided Transparent Polyester Tape has a red filmic release liner and is coated with a UV resistant acrylic adhesive, suitable for most demanding applications. It will bond to metal, ceramic, plastic, glass, wood, paper, board and card. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This Double Sided Tape is thicker than most polyester tape so it's great for uneven surfaces. Our 50 metre rolls of Tesa Tape come in a choice of 7 widths.

Double Sided Tissue Tape

Our best-selling Double Sided Tissue Tapes are produced with a flexible non-woven tissue carrier coated with a range of different types of adhesives. They are specified for various time critical applications as they are hand tearable, taking away the need for scissors.

POS Tapes manufactures several different adhesive grades, each one offering a solution for a range of different applications;

Flushedge 1001 - For permanent indoor use only. This is an economy grade general purpose Flushedge Double Sided Tape with a very aggressive hot melt rubber adhesive system. It is hand tearable and has a thinner release liner that is why it is an economy grade product. Great for mounting paper, card, plastic and flexible films.

Fingerlifted 1002 - For permanent indoor use only.  A very aggressive Fingerlifted Tissue Tape with an ease of application. It has a hot melt rubber adhesive system and is hand tearable. Ideal to use for mounting paper, card, plastic and flexible films.

Tissue Tape 7001 - For permanent indoor use only. With solvent acrylic and a temperature range of -30°C to +160°C, the 7001 is a very good general purpose all round Double Sided Tissue Tape. Bonds to paper, board, plastic and fabric and is hand tearable.

Tissue Tape 7001 FL - Our 7001 has been manufactured specifically for difficult to adhere to surfaces such as plastic, laminated card and mount board. Great for sticking double or triple mounts. Our Fingerlifted 7001 Tape has the same super performance and an added fingerlift liner to help speed up production.

Nitto 500 - For both indoor and outdoor use. With solvent acrylic and a temperature range of-30°C to +120°C, Nitto 500 Tape has tremendous initial adhesion to most substrates. Good plasticizer resistance. It bonds to metal, ceramic, glass, paper, board, plastic and fabric and is also hand tearable.

Mesh Banner Tapes – 222 / 223

POS Tapes are a leading manufacturer and supplier of ultra high performance Banner Tapes. We offer five different tapes which can be used on a variety of material types commonly used for banners including Vinyl, Mesh, Canvas and Fabric.

Available in any width, both our 222 Single Sided Banner Tape and 223 Clear Double Sided Banner Tape are specifically designed for use on Mesh Banners.

Our 222 Single Sided Banner Tape has a high performance acrylic adhesive system with a white UV stable, strong PE Film. This tape is used to reinforce mesh banner edges, giving strength without the need to fold a hem. Applying the tape to the corners, strip along the edges on the back of the banner to allow a neater finish by eliminating the risk of post-print sewing and rippled hems.

Our 223 Clear Double Sided Banner Tape has a high performance acrylic adhesive system with a synthetic textile carrier. This tape can be used to reinforce the hem on a mesh banner before sewing. Applying the tape to the corners on the back of the banner, strip along the edge and fold to the backside creating a hem ready to be sewed. This gives the banner extra strength and durability.

Important
These rolls are supplied with a blue release liner on both edges to keep the rolls free from contamination. Please remember to replace the blue protective liners to each side of the rolls after use.

Industrial Glue Gun

Our Heavy Duty Hot Melt Glue Gun is ideal for quick bonding of wood, card and board. It is used for securing mirrors into frames, fixing backs into frames and for double framing. It is important to wait at least 10 minutes before using the adhesive and in between jobs please ensure the gun is kept upright. Our gun is an industrial 12mm glue gun, it is robust and easy to use. 

471 is an outstanding high performance clear hot melt adhesive, specially designed for products assembly and packaging operations. This product is flexible, has good flow characterising and an aggressive tack. Clear in colour. 

470 is a high performance universal adhesive for pottery, wood, plastics and difficult materials. This is our recommended adhesive for any demanding frame applications. Tan in colour.
